Plumbing Service Manager

 

Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to oversee our service operations, ensure top-quality customer experiences, and lead our team to excellence. Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours as needed.

 

Compensation

$80,000 – $110,000 per year

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the plumbing service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workload distribution to maximize team productivity.
  • Train, mentor, and support technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, review progress, and reinforce safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Track department performance, analyze key metrics, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge).
  • A valid plumbing license is preferred but not required.
  • High integrity, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Clean driving record, background check, and drug screening
