Plumbing Project Manager
Kalos Services is seeking a Commercial and/or Residential Plumbing Project Manager to lead our plumbing teams in delivering high-quality, efficient, and safe plumbing solutions for a variety of projects. Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and provide leadership to plumbing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing regular updates on project progress.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate with other contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, efficient scheduling, and timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Quality Control & Safety: Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations, and maintain a strong focus on safety protocols.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project milestones, change orders, and any related communications.
- Procurement: Manage the purchasing of plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring high-quality supplies are available when needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in plumbing and project management, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale plumbing projects.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid plumbing license (or equivalent certifications).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and budgeting.
