Commercial Rack Refrigeration Apprentice
Kalos is looking for people who want to dip their toes into the world of commercial rack refrigeration as an apprentice. Apprentices who do well in this field perform tasks as instructed in a diligent and undistracted fashion. Use any previous experiences and skills to support the business whenever possible support office staff and management by working hard and listening carefully. Apprentices who succeed for years to come maintain high levels of workmanship and a good rapport with their mentors and are willing to perform all tasks that are within their ability efficiently.
Job Type & Schedule
Primary schedule will be Monday – Thursday, 9 PM – 7 AM.
Your schedule will fluctuate depending on projects and may also include day shifts. 40-50 hours per week is standard.
Responsibilities
- Take instructions from management and the dispatch team
- Arrive to work on time or early
- Calls and work will be a combination of office directed, as well as self-directed and will require a high level of communication
- Complete all timesheets and paperwork in a complete and proper manner daily
- Communicate with office staff and our customers in a professional manner
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance and work truck
