We Strive to Provide “Simply Great Service”
Jason in Clermont, FL, found that his air conditioner had stopped running in the middle of a hot Monday night in July. By 7 o’clock, he was on the Kalos Services, Inc. website. He just wanted answers and a way to get his A/C fixed.
He found a level of service he didn’t expect when he clicked on our live chat for help.
Jason saw in the bottom right-hand corner of the Kalos homepage a small icon of some smiling folks that read “chat now.” He fired it up, and the following occurred:
Jason (7:05 am): Hello, our air conditioner in our home stopped working last night. Would someone be able to come repair it today?
Kalos Services Staff – Ronald (7:06 am): Hi, yes, we can send someone out today. We charge a $75 trip and diagnosis fee.
Kalos Services Staff – Ronald (7:07 am): Please provide your full name, complete address, phone number, and email.
Jason (7:11 am): Does the $75 dollar fee apply toward any repairs or is it additional with repairs? Also, what time could someone be here?
Kalos Services Staff- Ronald (7:13 am): The $75 fee is on top of the repair cost which the technician can quote once they’ve diagnosed the system. Are you in the Clermont area? We can get somebody there between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. today.
Jason (7:15 am): Sounds good. (The customer then provided the needed information.)
Kalos Services Staff- Ronald (7:17 am): Your request has been scheduled. We’ll see you there first thing this morning. Thank you.
Jason (7:17 am): OK, between 8 and 8:30 a.m.?
Kalos Services Staff- Ronald (7:18 am): Yes.
Jason (7:18 am): Thank you.
Kalos Services Staff- Ronald (7:19 am): You’re welcome. Have a nice day!

Well, let’s have Jason tell you about the experience he had with Kalos Services technician Jayson Milroy:
Huge thank you to Jayson and Kalos! Our air conditioning went out late in the evening. We got online at 7 a.m. the next morning to inquire about a repair. They immediately scheduled someone to fix it between 8 and 8:30 a.m. Jayson, our service guy, arrived within the given time window and had our air up and running in 30 minutes. He was very polite, thorough, and professional! It is definitely not easy to find quality, honest, and affordable repair, but this company was fantastic. Could not be happier with the service, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
