Customer Service Manager

Are you a proactive leader passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Kalos Services is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead our customer service efforts, ensuring smooth communication, efficient conflict resolution, and the continual improvement of our client interaction processes.

 

Schedule

Day Shift ( 4 days in office and 1 day remote).

 

Compensation

$55,000 – $70,000 yearly

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage Level 2 customer support, stepping in to resolve escalated conflicts and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Oversee all client communications routing, ensuring messages and inquiries are directed to the appropriate teams in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement customer service processes and best practices to optimize client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for client needs and fostering positive relationships
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives, ensuring alignment with company values and goals
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address areas of improvement

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated success in process development and improvement
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Experience in the service or construction industry is a plus
