Plumbing Service Manager
Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to oversee our service operations, ensure top-quality customer experiences, and lead our team to excellence. Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours as needed.
Compensation
$80,000 – $110,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the plumbing service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workload distribution to maximize team productivity.
- Train, mentor, and support technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, review progress, and reinforce safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Track department performance, analyze key metrics, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge).
- A valid plumbing license is preferred but not required.
- High integrity, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
