Client Success Coordinator

 

Kalos Services is looking for a highly detailed and communicative Client Success Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between the sales process and project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, setting up billing processes, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients after the sales process
  • Document client requirements, expectations, and project details
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution
  • Set up and manage billing processes, including collections and payment tracking
  • Ensure all client documentation is complete and compliant with company policies
  • Participate in client meetings to capture and communicate key information
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction
  • Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for additional support
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project milestones
  • Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution

 

Requirements
