I was recently working on an A/C for an apartment along the waterfront in Eustis. This retired woman had just moved in from up north and her air conditioning system was dumping water all over the floor to the point she was concerned about her electrical shorting out. Turns out the gentleman she bought the house from had used a buddy of his to replace the A/C before selling. the Guy had replaced the AC system itself but never ran a condensate line to outside.
